Land at Oldford Hill, Frome
In February 2021 Barwood Land entered into a promotion agreement in relation to a c. 85-acre parcel of land to the north of Frome. The site will be promoted for primarily residential development in the emerging Local Development Plan which is being prepared by the new Somerset Council. In parallel to this, an outline planning application is being prepared which will be submitted in 2025.
The site sits to the north of Frome College and existing residential properties and to the west of Frome Rugby Club and the existing industrial estate.
