Following the success of Phases I and II, Barwood Land submitted a planning application for Phase III of the Crouch Farm urban extension in December 2022.
The site extends to c. 3.5ha and sits directly to the south of Phase II which is being successfully delivered by Redrow Homes. The submitted planning application seeks outline permission for up to 65 dwellings and associated public open space and has been designed to ensure sustainable connections with the surrounding development and Banbury town centre.
